I'm thrilled to share that my 8th Annual Holiday Market will take place at the Corvallis Museum again, yay!
Event Hours
Saturday, November 22 | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, November 23 | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Vendor setup will be the evening of Friday, November 21
Vendor Details
Booth Fee: $75
Each vendor will be provided space for one 6-foot table and two chairs (can be provided upon request)
Vendors must commit to participating for the full two days.
Applications close Sunday, July 13. I’ll notify all applicants, whether selected or not, by Sunday, July 20.
If accepted, your booth fee will be due within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email. If payment isn’t received within that window, your spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist.
NEW: Second Floor Student & Small Booth Option
This year, with the Corvallis Museum, we’re excited to offer additional vendor space on the second floor.
Booth Fee: $25
This option is ideal for students or those needing a smaller setup.
I’ll ensure there is signage and plenty of promotion to direct attendees upstairs.
Space is very limited, so if you're interested, be sure to check the corresponding box on your application. I’ll follow up with details once I gauge interest.
Non-Profit Participation
In past years, I’ve offered a spot to one non-profit. This year, I’m opening that opportunity to up to three non-profit organizations. If you’re applying as a non-profit, please indicate that on your application.

I do my best to accommodate special requests, so feel free to reach out with questions or needs.

The Corvallis Museum will be open to the public and free all weekend, making this a wonderful opportunity for community connection and visibility.
